Building Design Services
For both commercial and residential projects, building design typically includes the following phases:
Schematic Design:
Initial concept development through sketches, layout plans, and 3D illustrations to define the project’s size, functionality, and vision. This phase focuses on exploring creative and practical solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
Design Development:
Further refinement of the chosen concept into more detailed drawings with defined materials, systems, and spatial relationships. This stage may include collaboration with consultants for structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) planning while ensuring visual and functional coherence.
Construction Documentation:
Preparation of technical drawings and specifications required for regulatory approvals and construction bidding. These include all necessary details for assembling materials, layouts, technical systems, and finishes.
Bidding, Permitting, & Coordination:
Support with contractor selection, cost estimates, and permit applications to ensure the project is feasible, code-compliant, and ready for execution.
On-Site Oversight (Construction Phase Services):
Monitoring site progress to ensure the design is executed correctly. This may include coordinating with contractors, evaluating workmanship, and resolving issues that arise during construction.

In 2025, Park received 15 international design awards and honors across major global competitions. These recognitions celebrated her leadership in workplace, healthcare and commercial design.
She received a Gold Award and a Silver Award from the Global Architecture Design Award. The Outstanding Property Award London honored her work with 2 Gold Awards. The International Design Awards recognized her as a Platinum Winner. The Global Future Design Awards granted her 2 Gold Awards. She also earned 2 Gold Awards from the London Design Awards and 2 Gold Awards from the NEW YORK Design Awards. In addition, she was a Finalist for the International Forum (iF) Design Award.
In the same year, she was nominated for World Commercial Interior Design and named among the Top 35 Designers on the Commercial Interior Design Power List 2025.
